Making the Healthy Choice the Easy Choice

Our Coalition members represent a variety of sectors in our community so that we can approach the work of improving our community’s health in a holistic manner. Our membership is open to anyone, and we do ask that our members actively participate in our work. One of our goals as a coalition is to develop meaningful collective engagement in our community work. We follow a collective impact model.
