HYPE Team Achieves Success with Multiple Projects

Clover, SC (May 15, 2018) The Healthy Young People Empowerment (HYPE) team, made of up of students at Blue Eagle Academy in Clover who are also members of the Boys and Girls Club of York County, are focusing on increasing access to physical activity at their school and Junior Eagle Academy. Healthy Together 5-2-1-0 Guest Speaker

York County, SC (Apr. 30, 2018) Healthy Together 5-2-1-0 was featured at the ESMMYC general membership meeting. Rolled out in the Fort Mill and Rock Hill School Districts, this program reinforces the importance of healthy eating and active living. ESMMYC partnered with Atrium Health to support partners’ culture of healthy living through engagement, consistent messaging, collaboration, education and policy changes.

March is National Nutrition Month
