You’re Pre-Diabetic. Now What?
FREE General Information Classes
This one-hour class (which is repeated quarterly) provides an overview on nutrition, physical activity,
preventing diabetes and additional resources.
Classes are offered Thursdays, 6–7 p.m., and Saturdays, 10–11 a.m.
2012 Thursday classes will be held July 19, Sept. 27 and Dec. 13
2012 Saturday classes will be held June 23 and Sept. 29.

All classes will be held at Palmetto Health, 1501 Sumter St., ground-floor classrooms.
