Dr. Campbell’s research interests include the study of locally produced foods, sustainable retailing, store atmospherics, consumer behavior and entrepreneurship.  Some of his published work include “Local food utilization: A winner for the environment and the restaurant” and “The moderating effect of family-ownership on firm performance: An examination of entrepreneurial orientation and social capital”.  In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy shopping at farmers’ markets and small family-owned businesses.
