All online registrations require a credit card purchase. Please note that PayPal does not accept government-issued credit cards. In this case, you must complete a hard copy registration and submit it, along with your check or purchase order, via US Mail. Individuals who want to pay by check must also complete a hard copy registration and submit it, along with your check, via US Mail.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable? If you register and cannot attend, someone may come in your place. Email by October 16 to ensure your replacement has a name badge.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Tickets are not required.

What is the refund policy? Due to contract obligations, refunds are not issued.

What do I do if PayPal will not accept my government-issued credit card? Complete the hard copy registration form and submit it with your check/purchase order payment via US Mail.

How should I dress for the Summit? Dress comfortably. We will provide opportunities for physical activity during breaks — like a scavenger hunt on Main Street!

What about parking? Parking is available in the parking garage behind the Marriott off Hampton Street.
